You pay a $25/month base platform fee plus a flat monthly fee for each module you activate. If you don't need grooming software, don't activate the Grooming module — you won't pay for it. Add or remove modules anytime from your account settings.
The base platform ($25/month) includes unlimited staff accounts, unlimited pet and owner records, the customer-facing portal shell, Stripe payment integration, email notifications, and access to all future platform-level updates.
Most boarding facilities activate: Boarding & Daycare ($79/month) for the calendar and check-in workflow, Health & Wellness ($19/month) for vaccination and medication tracking, and optionally Staff Scheduling ($29/month). Total: $152/month for a full boarding operation.
Full-service boarding facilities (boarding + health + grooming + staff scheduling) typically run $176–$230/month depending on which additional modules they enable. Single-service grooming studios start at $84/month (base + grooming).

Wagnur uses Stripe for all payment processing. Stripe's standard rates apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). There are no additional Wagnur payment processing fees on top of Stripe's rates.
Each facility picks one currency at signup — from 10 options: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, CHF, SEK, DKK, and NOK — and that single currency covers everything: your own customer-facing commerce (bookings, POS sales, invoices, deposits) and your Wagnur module subscription fees (the base platform plus every module you activate). Both are charged natively through Stripe in that currency, with no conversion fee added at checkout. Your currency locks in after your first payment, so choose the one your facility actually operates in.
